Consciousness and Vibration

Updated: Aug 25, 2023

Consciousness and vibration are two words you probably never, heard or considered 5 years ago. With the information war that is currently being waged, these words have become more popular as humans around the world can now clearly see the systems that are in place, and being constructed to control every aspect of our lives. This will not be a political post so I'll digress.

Concsiousness defined:

"The fact of awareness by the mind of itself and the world."

"The awareness or perception of something by a person."

"The state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings."

High vibration defined:

"High vibrational people are highly aware of themselves and the frequency at which they vibrate."

"They understand that to raise their vibration, they must let go of lower vibrational emotions like shame and guilt."

"Through awareness of self, high vibrational people can observe things without reacting and they’re able to see those things in a new light which allows them to let them go so they can rise on the scale of consciousness."

When we read these definitions, we discover a few very important words:

  • Awareness

  • Perception

  • Awake

  • Light

  • Self

When was the last time you felt aware, perceptive, awake and like a shining light? How much time to you spend deeply observing yourself and how you associate with the environment around you? Do you know there are people who are able to walk around feeling this way most of the time? This is often referred to as being high-consciousness or high vibration.

Social media is full of high vibration thinkers and high-consciousness thought leaders. Many people scoff at people who discuss topics like homeopathic medicine, mindset shifting, God connection, perception, "the matrix," alternate reality, human philosophy and self-actualization.

External vs. Internal, Thinkers vs. Repeaters

As you can see on the chart at right, a low vibration, low awareness life is led by ego and is informed by the outside world. Conversely, an low awareness, high vibration life is led by the pursuit of a higher self that has moved from ego, to logic, to spirit and finally enlightenment.

In the most watched interview in history, Andrew Tate (the most googled man on earth) states that in the modern world there is no left vs. right, or white vs. black. He explains it more simply: "There are thinkers and repeaters."

Thinkers do the deep physical and mental work to discover truths about themselves that help them control the way they associate with others and the outside world. Thinkers start inside their own hearts and minds and apply what they learn to impact those around them and the world at large in a positive, truthful way. They take responsibility for who they are, the decisions they make and the life they live. Thinkers operate like time travelers. They store their learnings over the course of their lives and they use their understanding of the past (including events that occurred before they were born) and their vision of the future (the story they want to write) to inform their decisions in the present. Consistent inward work causes thinkers to be patient, grateful, emotionally balanced, forgiving, self-disciplined and inspirational. The responsibility they take for the world they're creating around them, through the decisions they make give them a sense of meaning and purpose in everything they do.

Repeaters take the opposite approach. They start with the information and programming they receive from the external world and align their beliefs to match. No matter how absurd it gets, no matter how much new information is put in front of them, they repeat the established narrative. It doesn't matter as much to them if what they believe is true, as long as they are with the crowd. Because they aren't doing the deep inward physical and mental work, they end up at a place where anything bad that happens in their lives is somebody else's fault. When your information comes from the outside, thats also where the blame lands. Repeaters only live in the current moment, with the information they're given. Repeaters are reactive, they feel stuck, they're unforgiving, jealous, argumentative, negative and operate with a victimhood mentality. Their consumption of the constant onslaught of external information makes them feel this way.

Ways to achieve higher vibration

  • Read the great philosophers, they were thinking and writing about human existence before all of the distraction we have today existed. Ancient philosophy possesses a level of thought purity that will never be achieved again. Start with Plate, Socrates and Aristotle.

  • Do deep physical work. Deep physical work would include things like running, weight lifting, sauna work and ice baths. These are physical experiences that move your blood, oxygenate your body and stimulate your mind. Become physically free.

  • Do deep mental work. Pray and meditate, write your thoughts, visualize, read about mindset, listen to Myndbeatz, become mentally clear.

  • Be honest with yourself. Expect at least as much from yourself than you expect from others.

  • Stop blaming the outside world for your internal shortcomings. Take responsibility for your work ethic, your habits, you mental capacity and the life you choose to live.

Free and clear.
